About Lyndsy Moffatt

My work focuses on nutrition-led frameworks and principles, informed by over a decade of hands-on experience supporting individuals and families navigating autism and other complex cases. I provide educational coaching and consultations, and offer guidance to support individual health and developmental progress.

I was first drawn into this work in 2012 following my son's diagnosis with severe autism. Like many families, we weren't offered much help. Rather than accepting a narrow outlook, I began researching nutrition, environmental influences, and holistic approaches that extended beyond conventional models.

I was overwhelmed with the positive changes my son exhibited and my personal experience evolved into formal training and professional practice. I am now a Certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome Coach and Holistic Nutritionist and have spent over a decade working alongside families and collaborating with medical professionals to help navigate complex health issues through education with incredible feedback and success.

My approach integrates nutrition, mindset, emotional well-being, and environmental considerations, including reducing toxic burdens, while remaining firmly grounded in education and non-medical guidance. I do not focus on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I emphasize sustainable change over time using a holistic and individualized approach.

Today, my work centers on helping individuals and families make informed decisions through holistic education, careful analysis, and evidence-based research.

My work is observational and educational in nature and is not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
